The liquor recipes that have been handed down through generations, are exceptional in their simplicity. It isn't a matter of long and complex distillations or secret ingredients, particular factors that are removed from the ancient farming culture. Instead it involves an alcohol infusion of aromas easily found locally among our fertile Mediterranean vegetation.
	These traditional liquors are produced with Wild fennel, Blueberries, Lemon rind, Young walnuts or Wild strawberries; herbs, fruit and small berries that are also frequently found in our typical cuisine. Naturally, our liquors are now quality controlled using the most modern technologies for specialised food production workshops.
In addition, our raw materials are guaranteed with Certificates of Authenticity, or else they are picked in remote areas, far from inhabitation and roadways. Production begin in Agerola, 650 mt. altitude, where the freshest air and the purest water do the rest. In the last few years, using ancient farmers' recipes (faithfully reproduced), we have added new liquors to our range; velvet creams and the delicious "Babà al Limoncello" (little cakes soaked in liquor of lemon).

He who enjoys fine cuisine, could never say no to one of our flavored infusions to complete a quality meal.
